We Build It Offsite.
Your modular home is constructed in our high-quality, weather-protected facility. Our Builds take just 8 weeks. During the build, you will receive regular updates as your Zelo takes shape.
Delivered and Installed.
We currently deliver to Auckland, Northland, and the Waikato.
Auckland.
Full install service available, including foundations, utility connections, and
decking if needed.
Northland & Waikato.
We currently offer supply only outside of the Auckland region, but we
can work with the delivery company you choose to ensure your dwelling is collected from our factory on time without delay. You’ll engage your own contractor for install, and we’ll provide detailed documentation to support them.
