Born and raised in Taranaki, Graham and Kate are a hard-working couple who have a great team approach and place a lot of importance on being effective communicators. 

Before joining Latitude Homes as License Holders, Kate and Graham built their very own Latitude home so know the whole process firsthand. 

Their choice of building company was an informed one, Graham has an extensive background in the building industry having previously owned a successful local construction company. 

Graham is also a Master Builder and also a qualified carpenter. Kate brings great balance to Graham’s building expertise through supporting their customers through the process of building their dream. The aim of the Taranaki Latitude team is to work closely with their clients to make the whole building process as stress-free and as enjoyable as possible – from start to finish.
