This combination of financial expertise and construction industry experience gives her an extensive range of knowledge that her customers rely upon when building their own home. From cost control through to interior design Debbie’s practical approach is a valuable asset particularly as she has been involved in the design and construction of three of her own homes.
It’s your choice between Full Build, where Latitude Homes will take care of the entire build process, Shell Only, where Latitude Homes will build to a closed in stage , then you take over the internal work, or Kitset where Latitude Homes will provide the majority of the materials, but you would organise the build, using tradesmen of your choice. Kitset option is suitable for regions like Mahia, Wairoa or Gisborne where Latitude Homes don’t have resident sub contractors.
With a wide range of plans from 60 square metres to 283 square metres there is no shortage of plans to suit.
